How to set up Bill Pay in online banking and the app

Paying bills and people using online banking or an app has never been easier. To get started, be sure you have a paper or electronic statement with account and contact information from the company or organization you wish to set up.


Using Bill Pay on a mobile device


How to add a business or individual as a payee on the app

Select the three horizontal lines on the top left to bring up the navigation menu.

Select "Bill pay."


Select “Add a payee.” On the next screen you'll choose if you are paying a company or an individual.

Enter your password.


To set up a company as a payee, complete the prompts on your screen and press “Submit.”

To set up an individual as a payee, select the method of payment and fill in the required information.


How to add a business or individual as a payee in online banking

Step 1:

To enroll in payments on desktop, click “Bill pay” from the left-hand menu.

Step 2:

Click on "Enroll."

Step 3:

Agree to the terms of service and select "New payee." On the next screen you'll choose if you are paying a company or an individual.

Step 4:

To add a company, click on “company.” Then you will fill out the company’s payment information.

Step 5:

To pay a person, click on “person” and then choose the method you’d like to use to pay. Fill in the requested information and you are all set.
