1 Earn one point per dollar of spend on Visa® Platinum with credit lines up to $4,999. Credit lines of $5,000 or more will be automatically upgraded to the Visa Signature Rewards card and earn 1.25 points per dollar of spend.

Points are earned based on qualifying net purchases using your First Financial Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card or Visa Signature Rewards Credit Card. Qualifying purchases are defined as purchases minus returns and/or other related credits. The account must be in good standing to earn points. Accounts do not earn points for cash advances, balance transfers, unauthorized or fraudulent charges or for fees of any kind. Credits to your account (such as returns of purchases) will reduce the points available in your account. Points expire after 60 months. Subject to credit approval. 2 Loans are subject to credit approval. Your final rate will be determined based on the loan amount, term, and credit score.

3 $3 paper fee applies if not enrolled in electronic statements (eStatements). Your employees are eligible for a HSA if you offer a high-deductible health plan (HDHP). Your company and your employees can make contributions up to the annual limit set by the IRS. Consult a tax advisor.

4 If an Active WORKlife Employer Code is applied to a Performance Checking account, the $20 monthly service charge will be refunded each statement cycle. WORKlife Benefits will be removed if you are not an eligible employee or member of Active WORKlife Employer or Organization.

5 If eligible to receive a WORKlife Bonus, you must (1) open a Premier, Performance, Choice, Simple, Choice Student, NoWorry, or NoWorry Rebuild Checking account, (2) apply an Active WORKlife Employer Code and (3) in 1 of the first 3 full statement cycles BOTH receive qualifying direct deposit(s) totaling $500 or more AND conduct 3 or more qualifying payment transactions. A qualifying direct deposit must be an electronic deposit of your paycheck, pension, or government benefits (such as Social Security) from your employer or the government. A qualifying payment transaction can be a combination of Debit Card, ACH Debit, Check or Bill Pay. Person-to-Person payments to or from any account at First Financial Bank or any other financial institution do not apply. Bonus will be awarded to your newest eligible account no later than the 29th of the month after the requirements are met. First Financial Bank employees are not eligible. Bonus will be reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC. Only eligible to receive Bonus once per Client. WORKlife Benefits will be removed, and Bonus (if awarded) will be deducted from your account if you are not an eligible employee or member of Active WORKlife Employer or Organization. First Financial Bank reserves the right to end the offer at any time. Must live within IN, KY, OH, or IL to be eligible.
