Absolutely. We encourage our associates to refer new, external candidates and reward them through our Associate Referral Program. While some restrictions apply, associates referring candidates who are hired for the role for which they were referred will receive a $1,000 bonus. Even better, the referred associate will also receive a $500 bonus after completing 90 successful days at f1RST.

Click on “View Current Openings” from this page, find the position you are interested in, select the position, and click “Apply.” You can now start the application. Be sure to hit “Submit” when you’re finished.

After submitting an application

Click on “View Current Openings” from this page and you will see a sign-in button on the top right corner. Sign-in to your account. Click on your profile account in the same top right corner where the sign-in button was (it should now display as your email address). Click “View Profile” to see your submitted applications.

You may withdraw your application by logging back into the career portal. You may then review previously submitted applications and withdraw your application if so desired. If for some reason you are unable to withdraw your application, please reach out to our Human Resources team at 513-979-5850 to inform them of your decision. The recruiter assigned to the role will then withdraw your application.

Assessments

Some of our positions require that an assessment is completed to be considered for hire. If an assessment is required for the position you are applying, the assigned recruiter will provide you with more information.

Assessment results expire after 90 days. If you took an assessment more than 90 days ago, a new assessment will be required.

If a position is still available, you are welcome to retake the assessment after 90 days. You will be required to submit an application prior to an assessment being resent to you.

The interview process

Compensation for roles is determined by reviewing what the market pays for jobs with similar skills, responsibilities, and scope to ensure competitiveness, as well as reviewing internally what the bank pays for these jobs. If you are selected to move forward in the hiring process, compensation, including incentive compensation, will be discussed in further detail.

The start date for each position will be discussed during the interview and offer process.
